Normally, I prefer to use ribeye, but sometimes I use organic chicken breast instead. I cut up 1 pound of chicken, a bunch of green onions, 3 garlic minced, 1 tsp. of organic sugar, coconut aminos, and sesame oil, sesame seeds.
I broil it in the oven turning it once or twice until completely cooked before serving with organic brown rice, seaweed, and kimchee.
