P.S. - There are no food "addictions".... rid yourself of this terminology, all addictions fade when you consume ENOUGH (3000 calories, HIGH-Carb daily). Eat 10 bananas, then decide if you want "that thing" -you'll soon see what Im sayin. Therefore, you were not an addict, you were simply dangerously UNDERCARBED (and probably, over-caffeinated ;)

This is a long conversation. The whole subject of addiction Is highly contested. When you juice do you include smoothies? Because I can’t juice bananas? And I was following John rose who advocates a solid food diet. And I’m not sure smoothies count as that?

Forget Juicing. Blend everything.
