In my kitchen today: chicken and lamb broth. Winter's kryptonite. I'll freeze it in these trays, then pop out a cube whenever I want a dish to taste awesome. A whole organic chicken from Jensen's market, lamb loin bones from last night's meal, onions, carrots, celery, star anise, kafir lime leaf, fennel seed, coriander seeds, fennel, garlic, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, Pepper. Simmer for five hours. My house smells like roasted chicken ghost.

Wherever you go, , the sky looks more blue and the food tastier! :) @sdwahine

That's such a good idea!!!! I need to do this. I recently did some research on broth, and its effect on the body. Because of immune stem cells, bone broth can improve immune function and inflammatory response in the body. This was first studied and observed with juvenile leukemia patients.
