You will need:
- Nuts (Suit absolutely any of your choice: walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, etc.)
- Dates (You can also use a banana)
- Spices (Just for your taste: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc.)
- Chips of coconut
As this recipe is enough of variability, I will describe two of my favorite options:
- 100g Walnut
- 100g cashew
- Dates
Cinnamon, Cardamom, vanillaor
- 100g Walnut
- 100 g almonds
- 1 banana
- Cardamom
Cooking method:
- Separate the pip of dates and soak them in drinking water that would become softer
- At this time, grind nuts in a blender
- Add dates and spices and grind it all together
- Next from the received mass sculpt balls and roll in coconut flakes
- Done!
