Noodle Pad Thai. Vegetarian recipe

A delicious recipe for Thai rice noodle with pineapple.

A vegetarian option, but chicken can also be used instead of the soy

You will need:

  1. Soy pieces
  2. Canned pineapple (ideally - pieces)
  3. Rice noodles
  4. Pad Thai Sauce
  5. Soy Sauce
  6. Chili (fresh or dried)
  7. Green Beans / mixture of vegetables (eg Mexican)


Cooking method:

  • Boil the soy slices until their willingness

  • Pour the rice noodles with boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, then just discard in a colander
