One of the finest desert/ donut/ toast toppings you will taste is Thick Apple Sauce. (Even for tiffins- it is great with milk bread slices.)
Ingredients:
10 large apples
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon- powdered
20 gms butter
Core the apples and quarter them. Put everything in the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 8- 12 minutes depending on your cooker - small/big. gas/electric. Wait a few minutes and blend with hand blender. Sieve it out to separate big pieces of skin. Seal in jar if saving it.
