The Happiness Kit initiative supports government school children who’d lost out on a nutritious midday meal as schools remained closed through the first year of the pandemic. Now, the initiative continues, supporting children through the school holidays, to protect them from Holiday Hunger.

The Mid-Day Meal Programme
A donation of INR 1,100/- supports a child with midday meals for a year.
As schools prepare to reopen after a long lockdown and the summer vacation, students are eager to go back to the classroom – keen to learn, and excited to be served a hot, nutritious lunch every day. Because for a significant number of these students, the school lunch is the only wholesome meal they eat in a day.
