Hello everyone! Here I am again with a delicious recipe, every day I post 1 of the many recipes. Today not the best Belgian chocolate but the best Belgian chocolate mouse.

Why are the amounts in a recipe always tailored to four people? This is a recipe for 10 people. For big families! And the little families, then? Well, this time they have to calculate the amounts. Forward, at work!
Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks
- 10 proteins
- 250 g sugar
- 1 l cream cream with a fat content of 35%
- 500 g pure chocolate with 70% cocoa
Preparation
- Mix the egg yolks with half of the sugar
- The chocolate smelt au bain marie
- Add the protein and add the other half of the sugar gradually
- Raise the whistle cream for ¾ (if the slower traces leave you on the right track).
- Stir the chocolate under the egg yolks. Do this mixture with the protein and end with the whipped cream. Let it rest for an hour.
Tasting
- Choose a finger, preferably the biggest and check if he is not wearing family jewelery
- Put the finger into the bowl until the second bump, further would be excessive
- Fold the finger to catch more chocolate mousse
- Put the finger to the mouth and suck well so that it is clean before you begin again
- For the sensitive souls I recommend cats to taste; For those who are on a diet, a coffee spoon
- You will have to admit that this tastes totally different!
