Benefits Of Gur

So now I realize why people boost about growing up eating gur. Turns out gur is another superfood yet to be discovered. So shall we begin on why I called it a superfood?

To begin, gur is a natural detox. It has liver cleansing properties. This means that gur is cleaning out those nasty toxins that make us feel heavy and sluggish. Gur is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium! Zinc is known to improve fertility, help digestion, helps with hairless, and even helps combat chronic fatigue system. Selenium has properties that prevent heart disease and reduces stress in our bodies! Zinc and selenium prevent free radicals that are responsible for early aging.

Is that enough to convince you to have gur regularly? No? Okay I will continue. Heres one, gur helps boost your immunity. That means our simply cold can be shortening from six days to maybe three days! It helps purify your blood and even prevents anemia because it full of iron and phosphate!

Here is one for all my ladies out there, gur helps ease menstrual pain!! Yes!

Lastly if all that hasn't convinced you yet that you should be having gur regularly then I am sure this will help you decide. Gur aides in weightloss! How? Gur is actually rich in potassium which helps balance the electrolytes in your body. It also helps build muscle and boost metabolism.

So who agrees that gur is a staple in the kitchen. Substitute if for sugar, eat it as a snack, put it in foods. It wont harm you!
