Preparation time
5 minutes

Ingredients
1.Tofu (preferably soft)
2.White onion
3.Red bell pepper / Mushrooms (Or any other vegetable you like)
4.Pink himalayan salt

Preparation
Pour into an pan oil, and set on high heat
Cut the onion into small cubes and put in the pan, fry for a minute or two

Cut the bell peper or any other vegetable into small cubes and add to the pan as well , fry for 1-2 minutes

How To Dry Tofu
Remove from package , cut to desired size or use the whole package
Place a towel over the tofu and over the towel something heavy like a book

After you have dried the tofu, crumble it with a fork and add to the pan.
(optional) If you want to give the tofu a yellow look of an egg, you can sprinkle over a little turmeric.
Sprinkle over a pink Himalaya salt that gives the smell and tastes of an egg.
Mix everything together and give it another minute - two to absorb the flavors.
