Welcome friends to my blog! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I'm back and ready to share all the wonderful things that have been keeping me busy.
First of all, let's talk about my passion for food and grilling. My Green Egg is like a magic wand for meats, turning them into succulent, juicy and flavorful wonders. But, let's not forget about my love of wine, it's the perfect companion for a good meal.
Recently, I've developed a new addiction, and it's not what you think, it's pizza! I got myself a pizza oven from Gozney and it's like having a portal to pizza heaven in my backyard. I'll be doing a separate post on this later, so stay tuned!
I know I've said before that I was thinking about blogging again, but starting was more difficult than I thought. But this time, I'm dedicated with renewed energy. I want to make sure that I'm providing content that you'll find valuable and interesting. So, I'm reaching out to all of you today to ask for your thoughts and opinions.
