Döner Kebab is usually served with slices of roast goat meat which aroma makes hungry.
Ingredients
- Material for kofte kebab:
- 500 grams minced / ground meat (can beef, goat, chicken, to taste)
- 1 tsp flour
- Softened seasoning:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt (can be added spice broth/flavor if likes)
- 6 shallots onion
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1cm cinnamon or ½ tsp cinnamon powder (can be replaced with 1 tsp sugar)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 segment of ginger
- Little Olive Oil (cooking oil) to grease a frying pan
- KEBAB Complementary:
- According to the taste of Tzatziki Sauce or can be replaced with mayonnaise
- Sufficiently French Fries
- Sufficiently Lettuce, cucumber slices, tomatoes and onions
Steps
Blend all seasonings, mix meat, flour and spices. NOTE: I use papaya leaf pad to make the meat easy to tender.
Flat round shape. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to spice up.
Next apply a frying teflon with oil, bake on low heat until Kofte bacon is cooked.
Tips About Meat Kofte: In order for meat kofte can be cooked evenly, after the silence in the refrigerator you can wrap it with aluminum foil then steamed first for 10-15 minutes. Freshly baked. Or another way, so the meat tender, can be wrapped first for 30 minutes with papaya leaves before being processed.
PRESENTATION: Take bread ribbon, transverse, contents of the hollow with 2-3 pieces of Kofte Meat with slices of cab. Then add the lettuce, cucumber, bombay and tomato.
Flush with tzatziki sauce or if you want to be practical, can be replaced with Mayonnaise sauce.
