1. Momo
Preparation time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 30 minutes, total time: 50 minutes, serving: 6 people
Ingredients
Flour = 1 cup
Water = to make the dough
Salt = taste
Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
Broccoli chopped = 1/2 cup
Peas = 1/3 cup
How to make
Make soft dough by mixing flour and water.
Make small and thin bread.
Mix broccoli, peas, salt and peppercorn together.
Fill this mixture within thin bread which is made by dough and make small boll filled with mixture.
Now cook this small momo shaped ball in a steamer until it is ready.
Get down from the oven. Serve hot hot tasty momo.
2. Broccoli balls
Preparation time: 15 minutes, Cooking time: 25 minutes, total time: 40 minutes, serving: 6 people
Ingredient
Broccoli = One-half cup crushed
Oil = 1 teaspoon
Finely crushed onion = Half cup
Dried oregano = Half teaspoon
Mint leaves = 1 teaspoon
Black round pepper powder = 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic sliced = 1/2 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs (available to buy in the market) = 1/2 cup
Cashew nut powder = 1/4 cup
East = 1 tablespoon
Salt = taste
How to make
Pre-hit the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Give oil in the pan and fry onion lightly with the oil.
After 2two minute give crushed broccoli and salt anmd cook till boiled. Turn off ignition.
Now all the spices, breadcrumbs and cashew nut powder mix well with boiled broccoli.
Now use your hand and make small round balls.
Bake for 25 minutes with baking tray.
After 15 minutes, take the baking tray, flip the balls on the other side and bake for 15 minutes again.
Well, the healthy broccoli balls is ready to eat.
3. Steamed curd cake
Preparation time: 4 hours, cooking time: 30 minutes, total time: 4 hours 30 minutes, serving: 4 people
Ingredient
Soak 150 grams of moong and mascalai pulses for 4 hours
Grate ginger leftover in 1 inch quantity
1 Surprising Hing
Salt taste
500g sour yogurt
1/3 teaspoon of red pepper powder
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons of grind cumin powder
1/2 cup of tamarind sauce
Coriander sauce 1/2 cup

How to make
Blend mascalai and mung pulse in blender.
Then put it in a bowl and add honey, ginger and salt well.
Take a little bit of cooking spray in a chitra bread or idli making container.
Spread a spoon full mixture in idli making container.and spread it with opposite side of the spoon.
Keep this idli maker or chitra cake in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes without the pressure.
Then keep it outside and let it cool down.
Mix two to three teaspoons of in the cake.
Sprinkle coriander leaves, tamarind sauce and cumin powder during serving.
4. Rainbow Fruit Skewers
Preparation time: 20 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes, total time: 25 minutes, serving: 2 people
Ingredient
6 strawberries cut in the middle
8 black and green grapes
8 pieces of watermelon
6 pieces of papaya
2 teaspoons of sour curd
1/4 cup nut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon of drinking chocolate powder
How to make
Sour yogurt, nut milk, vanilla essence and chocolate powder mix together in a bowl.
Decorate one after one fruit in kebab wood.
Then decorate the fruits with a little sour yogurt on the sticks.
The colorful kebab is so good to eat as well as look good.
Chicken Pops
Preparation time: 30 minutes, cooking time: 10 minutes, total time: 40 minutes, serving: 4 people
Ingredient
0.91 kg chicken breast cut into cubes
4 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups flour
1/3 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
8 cup rice powder
Salt taste
How to make
Break the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water.
Flour, red chili powder, paprika, salt and oregano, together mix in a bowl.
At first, the pieces of chicken pieces were mixed with the flour mixture, and the mix with egg mixture.
Then mix it with rice powder.
These chicken cubes will be made in airfire 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and Chicken Pops will be made.
Serve chicken pops with sauce when it is hot.
