Yo'n Go Apricot Smoothie: Super fast smoothie, for when you are running late:
Makes: 2 servings, Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup canned apricot halves in light syrup
6 ice cubes
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Blend apricot halves, ice cubes, yogurt and sugar in a blender until frothy.
We Can Cantaloupe Smoothie
Makes: 1 serving
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes (plus overnight to freeze banana
Ingredients
1 banana
1/4 ripe ripe cantaloupe, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Place unpeeled banana in the freezer overnight (or for up to 3 months). Remove banana from the freezer and let it sit until the skin begins to soften, about 2 minutes. Remove the skin with a paring knife. (Don’t worry if a little fiber remains.) Cut the banana into chunks; combine in a blender or food processor with cantaloupe, yogurt, dry milk, orange juice, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
Clean'n Breeze Smoothie
Makes: About 3 1/2 cups for 2, 1 3/4-cup servings
Active Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 small cucumber, chopped
2 ripe kiwis, peeled
1 cup ginger-flavored kombucha
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
6 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine cucumber, kiwis, kombucha, yogurt, cilantro and ice cubes in blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Avocado Green Tea Smoothie
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
3 cups frozen white grapes
2 packed cups baby spinach
1 1/2 cups strong brewed green tea (see Tip), cooled
1 medium ripe avocado
2 teaspoons honey
Preparation
Combine grapes, spinach, green tea, avocado and honey in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Techno Green Smoothie
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 ripe medium bananas
1 ripe pear or apple, peeled if desired, chopped
2 cups chopped kale leaves, tough stems removed (see Notes)
1/2 cup cold orange juice
1/2 cup cold water
12 ice cubes
1 tablespoon ground flax-seed
Preparation
Place bananas, pear (or apple), kale, orange juice, water, ice cubes and flax-seed in a blender. Pulse a few times, then puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.

SUPER Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
1/4 of a large banana, cut into chunks
6 large strawberries
2 cups spinach
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
Directions:
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
I Like Pena Colada's
3 cups fresh or frozen ripe sweet pineapple
2 cups raw coconut water
2 cups ice (if using fresh pineapple)
1 cup chopped washed dandelion greens
½ cup dried shredded unsweetened coconut
¼ cup raw cashews
¼ cup dried chopped pitted dates or more to taste
Place all the ingredients in your blender, and puree until smooth and creamy.
Add: crushed ice to chill
Lime Green on Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
1/2 avocado
2 handfuls baby spinach
3-4 limes, peeled (adjust to desired amount)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
liquid stevia to taste [or honey, agave, or sweetener of choice]
6-9 ice cubes
Directions
In blender, add cucumber, avocado, spinach, lime [all three, but peeled], cinnamon, ice and blend on high until smooth.
You may add about 1/2 cup of cold water or ice
blend, pour into a large glass and enjoy!
Disco Green Glow smoothie
Ingredients
(Non organic will work as well)
1½ cups water
1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped
½ head of large bunch or ¾ of small bunch organic spinach
3–5 stalks organic celery
1 organic apple, cored and chopped
1 organic pear, cored and chopped
1 organic banana
Juice of ½ organic lemon
Preparation:
Add the water and chopped head of romaine and spinach to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, mix until smooth.
Gradually moving to higher speeds, add the celery, apple and pear.
Add: parsley if you choose.
Add: the banana and lemon juice last.
The Green Hulk Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp spirulina
2 tsp flax seed meal
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
¼ cup frozen berries
1 tsp probiotics
2 tbsp organic natural yogurt
A pinch if cinnamon
2 drops stevia for sweetness
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth,
You may add 1/2 cup of crunched,or blended ice to chill.

Super Neon Glowing Green Smoothie
1 1/2 cups water
1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped
3-4 stalks organic celery
1/2 head of a large bunch, or 3/4 of a small bunch of spinach
1 organic apple, cored and chopped
1 organic pear, cored and chopped
1 organic banana
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon
Add the water and chopped head of romaine to the blender. Start with the blender at low speed and mix until smooth. Gradually increase speed, add the celery, apple and pear. If you are using cilantro and parsley, add them last. Add banana and lemon juice last.
The fruit and lemon cut will right though the taste of the greens. Mix and match different greens and fruits, as these two specific food groups combine well.
Very Low Cal Slim Fruit Smoothie
1 Cup Filtered Water (1-2 Cups Ice if using all Fresh Produce)
1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
2 Cups Watermelon Chunks (preferably fresh)
1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tsp Organic Ground Stevia powder for a safe 0 calorie sweetener
