Try to eat low glycemic index foods , meats & veggies ! if you feel carvings eat tons of broccoli ! Chromium will regulate them ^^ it would be bio-hard the first week , but after that your body will get used to it and the you will just have to fight your mind hunger ! heh

Ah, nice thank you for the tips! I don't like to eat to eat broccoli, but I guess I will give it a try to see how it makes me stop caring about pizza haha

You can eat it raw also! Now you said about Pizza ! Today at the Greek Steemeet @terrybrock ordered a pizza he asked me if i want some... we hada intense eye contact (with the pizza ) 😂 i walked away ! LOL

Hahaha! It's cool you're sticking to your diet plan though! Must have been a hard decision to walk away from a pizza, not everyone can do it hahaha
