Why do Swiss people live so long? They have the most amazing cuisine

in #food6 years ago (edited)

Switzerland is second in the world of life expectancy right after Japan with an average age of 83,4. A week ago, Switzerland's oldest person died at the age of 115. Why is all of this important you might ask?

If you ever visited Switzerland you would have guessed correctly. It's their food and cuisine.

I visited Switzerland not long ago and I remember how beautiful the countryside is, how everyone is healthy and active and most of all, how everyone eats not only healthy but tasty food at the same time. They are well known for their cheese which gives them longevity and vitality but they are not known for their salads.
