BAHANNYA
- 200 gram tepung tapioka;
- 50 gram tepung terigu;
- 200 gram udang kupas;
- 3 siung bawang putih;
- 1 butir telur;
- 1 sct kaldu ayam bubuk;
- Garam dan merica, secukupnya;
- Daun bawang iris halus;
- Air;
Bahan Lapisan
- 2 butir telur kocok lepas + garam dan merica, secukupnya;
CARA MEMBUATNYA
- Blender udang, bawang putih, telur sampai halus, lalu tuang ke wadah, setelah itu masukan tepung tapioka dan terigu serta bumbu lainnya lalu aduk hingga rata;
- Didihkan air di wajan, bentuk sempolan di tusukan sate lalu rebus di air mendidih hingga matang, setelah itu angkat dan tiriskan;
- Panaskan minyak yang banyak di wajan, lalu ambil sempolan dan celup di bahan pencelup, goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang, angkat dan sajikan dengan saus sambal.
