Tonight we had dinner with some extended family, so of course a special meal needed to be made.
The main course was a Balsamic Honey-Glazed Pork Roast, served with fingerling potatoes with rosemary and garlic.
On the side, we had some oven-roasted vegetables, which included beets, turnip, brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
Everything was great, and it was an excellent dinner!
Damn that vegetable bowl looks delicious! And of course the ham too. That is an excellent meal right there
