So today I stumbled across a new fancy attraction in the Cincinnati area. "Streets Urban Grill" This street style barbecue hut on wheels has really surprised me. The owner an awesome very personable gentleman who also had a young guy working for him. Ironically the young guy is inspired to be a music artist as well.

I gave him a few of my helpful tips and also mention that he should join Steemit wink wink. So I initially started with ordering my meal the Mississippi come back Burger this came with lettuce tomato pickles and a signature Mississippi come back sauce. Very delicious might I add.

The meal also included a side of wedges which were phenomenal and I was given a little insight on the secret to making the perfect wedge. So apparently they boil the potato to get it nice and soft on the inside then they fry it to give it a crispy outer texture.

I proceeded to order two orders of their signature barbecue wings. These wings are smoked for flavor than fried to make crispy. These also came with a side of wedges and his signature sauce known as cool blue.

In the midst of having conversation we also manage to brainstorm a new product for him to advertise the name credit given to yours truly REST100 so to add to this great street style restaurant tomorrow he will begin selling what is known as the "Porky Nachos" this includes barbecue style pulled pork and nachos with cheese.

All I can say was this meal hit the spot and I definitely will have frequent flyer miles.
