Soft Steamed Brownies
Ingredients :
- 85 gr medium protein flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of powdered chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 120 gr butter / margarine / cooking oil
- 70 gr DCC
- 1 tsp vanilli
- 1dt full of emulsifier
- 1tt baking powder (baking soda may also be)
- 60 ml of sweetened condensed milk (I use chocolate)
How to make :
- Dough 1, melt DCC and butter. Stir well.
- Dough 2, flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Stir well.
- Mix 3, beat eggs, sugar, emulsifier and vanilli (with a mixer) until they expand white.
- Add the mixture 2 and mix well.
- Lastly add the mixture 1, stir until evenly distributed.
- Prepare a pan that has been smeared with margarine and flour (I use baking paper).
- Take a little dough (for the middle layer, mix with chocolate sweetened condensed milk and let it sit first.
- Take the remaining dough and pour it halfway into the pan, steam 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and pour the mixture (which has sweetened condensed milk). Steam again for 10 minutes.
- Enter the remaining dough Last, steam for 30 minutes. Lift and serve
Note: you should use a medium flame that is blue, coat the steaming cover with a napkin so that the surface of the brownies is not as porous as mine, which is water-resistant from the steaming lid
