Do you know that chocolate is a vegetable?????? Yes it’s prepared by cocoa beans and beans are vegetable.... and it contains large quantity of antioxidants (neutralise some of harmful chemical reaction in our metabolism by exposure of pollutants). Chocolates also raises the levels of mood altering and confidence boosting chemicals in our body, reduces blood pressure, cholesterol and improves blood circulation to the brain.
We have some myths like chocolates eating lead to weight gain, tooth decay etc. in fact chocolates in moderation can be part of low fat eating plan and ingredients found in chocolate products that may retard the tooth decaying process but as you know excess of everything cause damage but in moderation we can enjoy its health benefits……..
