very nice! I often use ginger in my recipes, and sometimes boil it for tea, too - it stimulates one's immune system, aids digestion, clears out infections and gives you a good boost of energy! <3

I agree regeneration. don't think there's anything better for a bad cold and congestion than hot ginger tea. :)
