Awww, thank you for saying, you're too sweet! It's really nice and good if you don't want to wait around to long for it to cook.

In terms of kefir, I have never tried it but from what I've read, might work out as good alternative. Thanks for introducing me to something I will definitely sample on my next visit to the supermarket! :)
