Ingredients :
250 gr chicken fillet
1 pack kara
1 stalk lemongrass
7 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 tomatoes green
1 red tomatoes
cabbage taste
750 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
BWG taste fried
2 stalk spring onions (roughly chopped)
Fine spices:
4 pieces of red BWG
2 cloves white BWG
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 eggs hazelnut
3 red chilies
1 tsp salt
Step 1
Blend the spices
Step 2
Sauté ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant. Enter a chicken fillet, stir well.
Step 3
Add the water, put the coconut milk, cabbage, tomatoes, cayenne pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the sugar, salt, bouillon powder and soy sauce. Tasters taste, if deemed fit sprinkle with fried onions, leeks and lift it up and serve
Step 4
Tongseng chicken ready to be served. Can be served with crackers and lime juice if desired. Enjoy
