Demonstrate through the interview that while you might not know much you are a) willing to learn and adapt, and fast. b) can put up with high stress c) can work while under stress d) have an eye for detail and cleanliness e) are always looking to improve.

If you can use past experiences to highlight that, they take you for some low end position to learn. In large places its all about motivation at the low skilled positions, then you move up from there. At least thats my $.02
