Love being able to dehydrate using either my wood stove or my electric dehydrators plugged into our solar power. I dehyrate up tons of herbs and excess greens (grape leavers, dandelion leaves, kale, and much more) from the garden for medicinal and culinary uses. Dehydrating is just one of those ways to make the most of what you have! :D

And you just store in mason jars once they are dehydrated for everything? Do you need to put anything in as a desiccant or no?
The ones I show in the jar are the ones I use all the time so they are not sealed, but I do seal any of my excess that is not out for daily use into mason jars using my brake bleeder and food saver tops. I do not use a desiccant in my vacuum sealed herb jars, there is really no need
Great tips, thanks so much. Gotta look into a brake bleeder. I'm learning so much!! :)
