How to make cucumber-yoghurt dressing for salad

Ingredients

• ½ cucumber;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 240 g of natural yogurt;
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
• ½ teaspoon of salt;
• ½ teaspoon ground white pepper.

Preparation

Peel the cucumber, chop it and garlic. Mix all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Before use, refrigerate the dressing in the refrigerator, but do not store it there for more than three days.
