3. Cut a piece of lemon or lime
4. Press it in the water
6. And warm it up in the microwave for 30 sec or 1 minute
And enjoy)
And its absolutely serious my dinner for today, i find this very helplull to clean your stomach after a heavy food, you eat during a working day. You also can drink it, before going to sleep, if you cannot live without dinner. Try it, and feel healthy.
