My favorite breakfast:))
INGREDIENTS:
1 large frozen banana
1 medium size avocado (You've Got To Love Avocados!)
1 1/2 Tbs cacao powder (More Chocolate, Please!)
2 Tbs peanut butter powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until very smooth. Serve immediately topped with pecans, dry freeze dried berries and cacao nibs.
My favorite brand of organic peanut butter powder that has been used in this recipe.
