You are lucky to spend a real winter Christmas soon my friend, I have celebrated christmas for all my 34 years of existence in deep summer! hahaha!
Lovely recipe again as usual giving me some great ideas to explore...what about a topping of a mascarpone mousse with honey and lime zest? I think if I make it, i will also add some nice medjool dates too.
This is just my crazy idea btw, yours is already wonderful.
