I don't know why but many a times I feel myself to get stubborn about the diet , but the next day I become very lazy to follow the diet . Fevers and other minor diseases make me more cautious about the diet . Just after getting cured from fever , I feel like I should follow good food and maintain myself healthy but the routine repeats .
Moreover I've come to know from your post that Breakfast is the most important thing in our diet . Being a student and because of early hour classes I have to rush to my college without having breakfast .
Did you have ever faced this situation ? I mean how did you made your mind stubborn ?

Sort:  

Very often because i studies, I missed breakfast, and realized that the body begins to function without breakfast worse.
I decided to wake up early, and the porridge takes 10 minutes of cooking, so I manage everything.
I just decided at one time to do my health and body, that's it)
