INGREDIENTS
500 g of clean shrimp
500 g of cooked and chopped manioc
2 bundles of coriander
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
5 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of oil
1 spoon of paprika
1/2 liter of milk
1 shallow spoon of salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Heat the clay pot, add the oil and fry the garlic, then add the paprika and then the shrimp.
Let it sauté a little, then add the tomato, onion and cilantro.
Let it cook for another 3 minutes.
Put the salt and oil.
In a blender, mix the cassava together with the milk and 5 more spoons of the ready-made shrimp sauce.
Pour into the same boiling pan, let it thicken and you're done.
