Eat less, but more often, so you don't feel hungry that much. Drink enough water or tea and also, make sure to have enough healthy snacks ready. Like snack tomatoes or slices of cucumber, so when you do give in, you don't eat unhealthy stuff. Go for veggies instead of fruit if you want to avoid sugar.
