Ooh they look so delicious! I can never get my pancakes to look this pretty. Maybe I should make them more often... oh how bad that would be... :-)

    Ooh awesome! Yeah, I've been making my pancakes with oatmeal lately. I do prefer to let the oatmeal rotate in the kitchen machine for a while though, so it's less chuncky.
