Donut Fans,
It’s been a while since I last had a Krispy Kreme donut. They brought out some ones recently, but I’ve put off having them or I’d be eating donuts every week. I decided to get some in at the weekend as I’m sure they will go at the end of the month. There was two new ones and one that hasn’t been around for a very long time. So I got one of each in. The first one I’m going to tell you about is the Original Filled Choco Dream .

I do love it when Krispy Kreme do filled rings and I haven’t seen this one before. I rarely get in Original Glazed, so to have an OG donut filled sounded so good. This one was filled with brownie batter. The donut was so fluffy and light and then you get the deep chocolate filling of brownie batter. I believe it’s the same filling that is in the Chocolate Dreamcake, but I didn’t mind that. I like the deep chocolate flavour. The filling was ever so smooth and it totally filled the ting. The added bit of chocolate decoration on top was a nice touch too.
This donut was delicious. The best of both… a beautifully sweet and fluffy Signature Ring donut with the chocolate anyone would die for. I might have to get another one in, because I’m pretty sure Krispy Kreme will bring out some new Donuts in May… Well, they’ve done it every month so far. Eeek!
This definitely was one dream of a donut.
