Those look delicious! I don't know why, but any foods wrapped in a pretty little package always intimidate me. I think I get frustrated if they don't look nice, but it's really not that hard to make. You might have inspired me to bring out the pack of rice paper wrappers that I've had just sitting in the pantry. I love any kind of peanut sauce to dip in. :)
