I love the combination of butter and sage (here in Australia we often refer to it as burnt butter and sage but looking at your recipe it seems to be the same) - such a classic combo and used perfectly in your dish.
I'm honestly amazed at how many dishes you can post, each one different to the others, styled beautifully and I can appreciate the effort as I'm trying to do my best with my posts too (it's hard work but helps when you love it!).
