The perfect egg source
Have you ever wondered how the egg sauce is prepared that it’s so good and tasty? Guess what…here is the perfect recipe for your delicious egg sauce. Ready to prepare a satisfying perfect and stylish sauce. Here we go….
REQUIREMENTS
Depending on the occasion for which it’s to be prepared, items needed must be carefully thought of for a size of three to four stomach, I recommend:
2 eggs
2 spoon of sliced pepper
Vegetable oil
1 cup of sliced onion
2 cups of sliced fresh tomatoes
Sliced pepper to taste
Half cube of maggi
STEPS
Set the well washed and dry pan, heat it up and add oil allow for 1min. Add sliced onions, tomatoes and pepper, stir and allow to fry for 10-15min. Once adequately fried, add salt to taste Add half cube of maggi (here is the tricky part adding to much maggi would make the sauce too spicy so half is key. Use whatever maggi you please but for me as a Nigerian I use knorr.) Beat the eggs into a small bow and add a pinch of salt…stir gentle to allow perfect mix. Pour into the sauce and allow for 1min. Your sauce should look like this

Serve with tea and bread, boiled yam or potatotes. It can also be dished with boiled rice. For other countries it can be a goo appetiser with fresh apple or mango juice.
