Ingredientes para a base da pizza:
200g polvilho doce
50g de aveia sem glúten
1 colher de sopa de linhaça moída
1 colher de sopa de azeite
250ml de água morna
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó fermipan
Preparação:
Misturar todos os ingredientes, formar uma bola e deixar levedar 30 a 40 min, não vai crescer muito mas vai ficar uma massa fofa.
Depois é só estender a massa em cima de um papel vegetal e vai ao forno a pré cozer 10 a 15 min.
Rechear a pizza a gosto. Nós utilizamos molho de tomate, pimentos, ananás, azeitonas, cogumelos portobello, queijo mozzarella e oregãos frescos.
Levar novamente ao forno até dourar.

200g sweet manioc starch
50g gluten-free oats
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon olive oil
250ml warm water
1 teaspoon fermipan baking powder
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients, form a ball and let leaven 30 to 40 min, will not grow much but will get a fluffy dough.
Then just spread the dough on top of a vegetable paper and go to the oven to pre-bake 10 to 15 min.
Stuff the pizza to taste. We use tomato sauce, peppers, pineapple, olives, portobello mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and fresh oregano.
Return to the oven until golden brown.
