Com este calor já sabe bem umas refeições mais leves e fresquinhas e nós deixamos aqui uma sugestão :D
Já aqui tinha partilhado umas fotos desta refeição, mas agora partilho também a receita.
» Ananás Gratinado com Camarão <3
Num tacho com azeite e alho, saltear o camarão previamente descascado. Retirar e reservar.
Colocar pedaços de courgette aos cubos, ananás aos cubos, pimento vermelho, deixar saltear um pouco, temperar com sal, pimenta, salsa e cebolinho.
Juntar novamente o camarão.
Rechear o ananás com preparado anterior, polvilhar com queijo mozzarella e levar a gratinar ao forno.

» Pineapple Au Gratin with Shrimp <3
In a pan with olive oil and garlic, sauté the previously peeled shrimp. Remove and storage.
Place pieces of zucchini on the cubes, pineapple on the cubes, red pepper, sauté a little, season with salt, pepper, parsley and chives.
Add the shrimp back together.
Stuff the pineapple with the previous preparation, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bring to the oven.
