Estes são Canelones de Beringela. É de comer e chorar por mais.
Quem quer a receita?
Preparação:
- Cortar a beringela em tiras e grelhar ligeiramente.
- Fazer um molho de tomate (refogado com cebola e alho, adicionar tomates picados, deixar cozer, temperar com orégãos, manjericão, uma pitada de sal) juntar a carne picada, ou utilizar as sobras do dia anterior.
- Enrolar o preparado com uma fatia de beringela.
- Colocar os rolos já preparados num tabuleiro, polvilhar com queijo e levar ao forno até dourar.
Muito simples!
