Estes são Canelones de Beringela. É de comer e chorar por mais.

Preparação:

  • Cortar a beringela em tiras e grelhar ligeiramente.
  • Fazer um molho de tomate (refogado com cebola e alho, adicionar tomates picados, deixar cozer, temperar com orégãos, manjericão, uma pitada de sal) juntar a carne picada, ou utilizar as sobras do dia anterior.
  • Enrolar o preparado com uma fatia de beringela.
  • Colocar os rolos já preparados num tabuleiro, polvilhar com queijo e levar ao forno até dourar.

Preparation:
