Ginger - ½ inch piece (cut in thin length)
Red chilli powder- ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala- Less than ¼ teaspoon
Salt - more than 1 tbsp or as per taste
Method - How to make Aloo Gobhi Masala Gravy
Cut the potatoes into big pieces. Flour the cauliflower and wash it well. Make a fine paste of tomatoes, ginger and green chillies.

Put 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in Kadhai and heat it. Add ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds in hot oil and take a glass. Then put chopped potatoes, cauliflower, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder in it. Fry the vegetable stirring the spice for 2 minutes. After this, cover the vegetable and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Keep the vegetables running in the middle so that the vegetables do not burn on the frying pan.

Check the vegetable and cover again and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Afterwards, check the vegetable by pressing it with a pinch. Potato soft and cauliflower crunchy should be soft. It takes 20 minutes to cook the vegetable. It has to cook 4 times for 5-5 minutes while checking.

Prepare the seasoning
Heat 2 table spoons of oil in the second pan. When the oil is hot, add the remaining cumin seeds, asafoetida, teaspoons, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper to the pan and fry the spices. Put tomato-ginger-green chili paste, remaining turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder in roasted masala. Fry it until oil separates from spices. Keep checking this also in the middle.

Spices are ready to fry on the oil after the spices are spilled and good aroma. Mix ½ cup of water in it and mix it. Add more salt than ½ tsp of spices, finely chopped ginger pieces, garam masala and green coriander in the spice. As soon as the spices begin to boil, add it to the vegetable and mix it. Cover the vegetable and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. After 4 minutes, the vegetable is ready. It took 25 minutes to build it.
