An egg
One onion (finely chopped)
One tomato (finely chopped)
A capsicum (finely chopped)
One spoon ginger-garlic (finely chopped)
Two green chilies (finely chopped)
A teaspoon cheese
A teaspoon sour sauce
According to oil requirement
Method:-
First, heat oil in a pan in medium flame.
- Once the oil is hot, add onion, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilli and salt and stir it with the kadhee.
When all the vegetables are cooked, mix cheese and salsa sauce in it and close the flame. - On the other hand, boil the egg in a bowl and garnish well with salt.
Now, in a second pan, place in medium flame to heat the oil. - Once the oil is heated, add egg whipped in it and secrecy from one side only.
After 2 minutes, put the prepared spices on the upper part of the omelette and fold the omelet. - Mexican omelette is ready.
