Of course a lot of berries seem to be doing well, but still!
My Jostaberry plants are rather young, and last year I think I was able to harvest one berry. This year, however, it seems that at least one of my three plants is going to crank out a good little harvest for my family. Just a couple of the earliest ones ripened up already, and they were very delicious. Thankfully, there should be many more ripe berries ahead. The Jostaberry is a member of the ribes family and was created by crossing a gooseberry with a currant. Here's a handful of photos from earlier. Enjoy!

You always puts up something I have never heard of. So much variety in your neck of the woods.
Cool! Glad that I can expose you to some new things. These came out of Germany back in the 70s I think.
