Ingredients
- 11 teaspoons of chocolate paste ;
- 100 g butter;
- 140 g of sugar;
- 1 egg
- 140 g of flour;
- 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Cooking
Cover the plate with cling film and put on a spoonful of chocolate paste. Put in the freezer while cooking the dough.
Beat softened butter with sugar with a mixer. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in flour, cocoa and baking powder and knead the dough.
Divide it into 11 equal parts, and each of them - in half. Flatten one part, place frosted chocolate paste on it and cover with the second part.
Pinch the edges and form a ball. Blind the rest of the cookies in the same way. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
