Good info. It needs to reach more people.

I'm less concerned with the health aspect, and I focus on the moral veganism, not plant-based.

Go "vegan", be a "vegan anarchist". Truth is one way. Go all the way. End human imposed slavery for all. Freedom and life for all.

Upvoted. Take care. Peace.

The moral is simple: don't kill. But meat eaters don't care about that Even if they watch Earthlings some may just laugh. So talking about the science of why eating meat is bad for them is sometimes the best approach. If they see that they will become sick and diseased from animal products then that is the best chance they will change. Few change for ecological or ethical reasons. Most do so because of their own health.

Yes, care is dead in many, and the only way to get them to care about something, is to get them to care about themselves... which they are more likely to do...sad isn't it... we are so damn selfish still as a species.. me me me, my "truth", my "Freedom", my "survival".. tenants of the ideology of "Satanism".

I went vegan because I just started disliking how milk, cheese, eggs etc made me feel when I ate them. It was not about any morals or the environment. Those things are just imaginary. I cannot experience that impact, but I can experience the impact being vegan has on me. I feel more alive, have more energy, don't get sick etc etc. Most of all I just enjoy the taste of vegan foods more. Animal products are just disgusting. Why would you eat dead animal flesh, an aborted fetus or udder puss?! Ideas about what 'God' or 'Satan' are, are really just reflections of my own mind. There is only one mind, and its mine. There are no 'others', its just me. My reflection. All that matters is that I live a pure life and keep raising my vibration higher. There is no use in getting lost in mind. Real spiritual experience of being immortal is what is needed. Then there is no good and evil. Everything is perfect and beautiful.

Why would you eat dead animal flesh, an aborted fetus or udder puss?!

Because of millions of years of evolution; there's a reason humans aren't "naturally" vegan.

It is very easy to have this point of view in the Western world, go to Nigeria or Ghana and have a go at being vegetarian there; get back to me just before you starve to death. :-)

Thanks for this great info. I'm afraid to watch the surgery video!

hahaha thanks for the comment, and yes it is like some horror movie XD

I up voted your post too :) yes, from birth kids should be vegan, as even children know its wrong to kill animals as none go out their way to hunt and kill animals for food, unlike actual carnivores like lions for example. Adults have more to learn from their kids than parents have to teach them.

The broccoli comparison surprised me but I wonder how many stalks like that a person would have to eat volume wise to equal the same protein.

Its about the ratio, so its more at whatever scale. Plus it does not kill you or other beings like eating meat. Plant based protein just more bio-available and a purer protein than meat, simple. Meat putrefies in the human stomach because its not designed to break flesh down. The human mouth does not have the teeth necessary to tear and rip apart flesh. The list goes on. Its just a mad, mass delusion that people have been conditioned with from a young age and most never question it, let alone stop their disgusting habit.

Eating more fruit and veg is a good idea; however cutting out meat entirely is not. We don't eat meat by accident; it is because of 2 million years of evolution, ergo certain systems in our bodies will react well to meat.

Though in modern life, we probably eat it too much, once every week or two is probably enough.

I will address your three comments here...

Its a perfect idea. Its the best things you can ever do. In fact most of the developing world eats mostly a vegan diet. Rarely eating meat, eggs or dairy, if at all. I advise you to go watch Cowspiracy to update your thinking to be honest. Eating meat is the leading cause of the devastating negative impact humans have on the wider environment of earth.

Also, the body has no features that make is capable of being a carnivore. It is just the mind that wants to eat it. You can not naturally run after a animal, take it down, and then proceed to tear it to pieces. Ergo (lol), it is simply a mental habit, NOT a unavoidable natural compulsion.

If the idea of '2 million years of evolution' is relevant at all it is just for our bodies to change slightly (really I have only known the changes of my own body). My mind can be changed in an instant. It is wrong to kill life to eat and then excrete the next day. Its pathetic behavior. That is my perception. Plus meat is just plain bad for you. There are better sources of nutrition from real food.

Thank you for this short and potent article. Western society has been sold a lot of lies to promote absurd levels of Dairy and Meat consumption and "needing" animal protein is probably the most widespread and most insidious. It is detrimental to health, perhaps the most major contributor to Global Warming and environmental destruction and an ethical disaster!
