Cake and ice cream, 2 of my favorite things! This looks so good! It has a real "artisan" look to it, which is totally up my alley.
Using avocado in the green icing is a pretty neat idea. Did it oxidize at all, or did keeping it frozen keep it bright green?

No, it did not oxidize. I don't have the scientific explanation, but I am guessing below a certain temperature, there is no oxidation
