Good morning fellow steemians across the globe, this morning I will like to take us on how Mellon soup popularly knowns as egusi soup. The following material are needed Mellon, pepper, oil and so many other thing. The following are the procedure to follow to get it done.
- put your pot on, had palm oil to the pot and allowed to be hot, after that pure the the grinded pepper and Mellon.
- allow it to be done, add fish, meat. Allow it again to take some time to done with it the fish and meat added to it.
- After that, we add salt and Maggi to it and taste it to ascertain whether the seasoning you add to it is okay then cover it.
- After some time, open the the lid of the pot and check the soup. That is the end of the soup.
