10 7-Eleven foods you must try when you come to Thailand

1.มาม่าต้มยำกุ้ง: Instant Noodles Shrimp Tom Yum flavour. We call "MAMA Tom Yum Kung"

The most famous instant noodle in Thailand, Mama brand instant noodles. These noodles are delicious, authentic Thai piquant tom yum shrimp flavor, and easy to prepare. Hot and spicy.

2.เบอร์เกอร์ลาบ: Spicy minced meat (pork&chicken) Sticky Rice Burger. We call "Burger Lab"

Lab is made from pork or chicken and mixed with vegetables. If you ever eat Lab, you must combine with sticky rice to make it even more delicious. I love this idea that make sticky rice with Lab like a burger because it's so easy to eat. Taste of Lab is delicious, a bit sour, slightly spicy.

3. แฮมชีส: Ham Cheese Sandwich.

This is one of my favourite food in 7-11. 25 baht - a lot of cheese and ham. You can give it directly to the staff to cook it and serve hot 😍 🍴

4.ซูชิโรล: Sushi roll

The sushi rolls have different stylse and flavors such as salmon, capelin roe, wakame seaweed. Easy to eat just follow the directions.

5.ข้าวเหนียวหมูฝอย: Crispy Flossy Pork with Sticky rice. We call "khao niaow mu foi"

Crispy Flossy Pork with Stick rice is a popular breakfast in Thailand. Many Thais like grilled pork but can't find it easily on the street. Now we can find it in 7-11. Tastes sweet, crispy to eat, and with sticky rice it is delicious!

6. สาหร่าย: Seaweed. We say "Sa Rai"

There are many brands, but I use this one because it my favorite seaweed. They have many flavors: classic, spicy, cheese, etc. Crispy and tasty. I always buy a big pack and after openening I can't stop eating!

8.เบนโตะ: Bento Seafood snack squid. We call "Bento"

Bento seafood snack (squid), spicy. There are 3 different colors which are orange, red and blue. Orange is the most spicy, red is spicy and blue is normal.

9. บีทาเก้น: Betagen milk.

Every time I go to 7-11 I always have it on my list to buy. It's good for digestion.
