Anthony brought significant exposure to the street food culture of Vietnam. He showed the world what great culinary varieties that the country has to offer. When he sat and ate with President Obama for a bowl of Bún chả Over beer I was truly proud of Vietnam. The world has lost a chef: Vietnam has lost a son.
